A Visitor from a Distant Land

this weekend was super packed but fun. My (Kristi) mother came up for a visit, and it was really neat letting Nori get to know her better. She could make Nori laugh non stop!

So Old

Such a beautiful blessing Nori is... she just lights up any room! She is a little more than 4 months now, and she is nothing that I expected her to be. She is this amazing creature God created, and i am so honored He gave her to us to grow. What a great adventure.

Not a Tummy Lover

Nori giggles all day on her back... flip her over and she falls silent.

Nori enjoys Eskimo kisses, chewing on fingers, and lazy afternoon chats.

Nori Walks... sort of

We are so very proud of Nori walking with her "training wheels" aka Mom. She will be running around the house on her own in no time, I'm sure of it!

Nori's First Pet

Nori found her first pet the other day... her stuffed puppy dog. She loves to chew on him, mostly on his nose... I like to think she is giving him kisses, and not trying to eat him.

The View From Up Here is Great!

Nori enjoyed an afternoon of fun on her Daddy's shoulders... while giving him a shampoo and rinse.... aka drooling on his head!

Big Baby Blues!

So needless to say John is in Big trouble... Nori has already got "the look" down to an art!

Where is Thumbkin?

So at any given time of the day(that Nori is awake) this is what you will most likely witness her doing. So at our house Thumbkin is getting a bath!... sometimes the whole gang likes to join in on all the fun too... you know Pointer, Tall Man, Ring Man and Pinky.

Nori is Such a Big Girl

Who knew 4 months could go by so fast? When I was a kid in school, 4 months took a lifetime.Sometimes I wish that was the case now. Every time I blink Nori is doing something new! She use to be this little baby who use to love to sleep on my shoulder... now she is rolling over!!!! She got a new toy this weekend that is aiding her in her quest to explore, and to stay in an upright position. She is such a delight!
